Position : Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist Offer : Part-time positions available (32 hours/week minimum) Location : 194 King's Road SW3 5XP London Working Hours : Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Aromatic and ultra-sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue. • Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere • Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service • Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products • Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences • Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages • Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations • Manage logistics for UK orders from our e-shop, including shipments and returns Profile we’re looking for : • Love the world of beauty, especially clean beauty ?
