Irish Payroll Processor \n Northampton ( Hybrid working )\n Monday – Friday 8-5 or 9-4\n Salary £30-40k DOE \n \n We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processor to manage and deliver accurate and compliant payroll services for Ireland. This role ensures the timely processing of payroll, statutory filings, and employee support across HR operations, while partnering with internal stakeholders to maintain service excellence. \n \n Key Duties: \n\nProcess Irish payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees, including statutory deductions and benefits.\nManage end-to-end payroll operations, reconciliations, and payment submissions.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and employee data.\nHandle payroll queries, complaints, and complex calculations (e.g., overtime, bonuses, commissions).\nEnsure compliance with Irish tax law and statutory filing requirements.\nSupport HR operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to service-level agreements.\nManage risk events, embed controls, and improve payroll processes.\nLiaise with Revenue and other regulatory bodies regarding payroll obligations.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to provide reporting, updates, and insights \n The Ideal Candidate: \n\nProven experience in Irish payroll processing is highly desirable. \nStrong understanding of Irish tax, employment legislation, and statutory obligations.\nExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.\nExperience with HR back-office systems and payroll applications.\nEffective communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\nTeam leadership and stakeholder management experience is a plus
