Job Description
We are looking for a number of part-time support workers with or without experience, to join our team of care professionals. We will consider any hours as long as they are regular and consistent. We will endeavour to work with your available hours wherever possible.
We do have a few rules and regulations and these include our staff working their agreed hours on alternate weekends, if you are free to do that then we are happy to have a chat to you.
The care we provide includes:
* Personal Care services, washing and dressing included.
* Companionship services.
* Home help services, including light housework.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
* Reflecting the core values of the Home Instead Franchise.
* Contributing to our clients positive living environment.
* Documenting activities and reporting any changes in a clients needs.
* Maintaining regular communication lines with your line manager and office staff.
Benefits will include:
* Hourly rate £12.00ph though averaging £14.00 per hour with increased rates for evening & weekend work.
* Mileage allowance is £0.30p to £0.45p per mile.
* Most travel time also paid at standard rate.
* All training is paid at standard rate including workshops and e-learning.
* Pension and holiday pay.
* I-hour minimum visits - no rushing around needed.

Qualifications
You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car plus Business Class motor insurance.
You must also be a UK resident with the Right to Work in the UK.
We are interested in hearing from people with or without previous experience of Adult Care you must have a willingness to learn and are reliable, with common sense.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
