Your new role Deliver comprehensive financial management to designated departments. Provide strategic financial insight and challenge to senior leaders. Lead on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Ensure financial governance, compliance, and value for money. Support business case development and long-term financial planning. Act as a liaison between operational and corporate finance teams. Promote financial awareness and deliver training across departments. Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation of finance functions. What you'll need to succeed Full membership of a recognised professional accountancy body. Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in management accounting and financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel and IT proficiency. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. A valid driving licence or access to transport to meet the role’s requirements.
