We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber Multi to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of settings, including Social housing. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position offers an opportunity to utilise a range of technical skills in a dynamic environment, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. They will pay up to a £40,000 basic depending on experience but will also offer over time and call out.
Required from you:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Level 2 Diploma Plumbing,
* Clean Full UK Driving License (Maximum 3 Points will be allowed),
* Unvented G3 Qualification Desirable,
* Asbestos Awareness,
* Minimum 2 years’ experience,
* Hand Tools,
* DBS Certificate,
* x2 Reference from previous employment.

Duties involve but are not limited to:
* Changing taps and tap cartridges (Bath, Basin, Kitchen and Outside),
* Repairing leaks on copper/plastic pipework and waste pipes,
* Repairing and installing radiators,
* Repairing and installing toilets,
* Understanding Hot and Cold-water systems,
* Working with & Understand Unvented Hot Water Systems,
* 1st & 2nd Fix installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems,
* Power flushing
