Up to £44,000 depending on experience

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including HCPC registration. You bring a passion for high standards in perioperative care, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You’re a focused, flexible and motivated team worker.
The opportunity
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner you will;
* Work on a varied caseload using different, equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
* Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
* Work within all three different parts in theatre
* Scrub and assist for theatre cases
* Cover On-Call Rota for the department
The person
To succeed as a Senior Theatre Practitioner you will have;
* High levels of focus and engagement.
* A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
* Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
* Post-registration experience.
* Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker.
* You will also be flexible and motivated.
Key Information About The Role.
This role will allow you to work within all parts in theatre which include Recovery, Theatre, Anaesthetics and SFA

Our purpose-built hospital has been established since 1968. With 40 en-suite bedrooms, a busy outpatients and pre-assessment departments. We also provide a diagnostic imaging service (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography and X-ray), pathology, paediatric unit, surgical recovery ward, cancer care unit, 3 state of the art operating theatres and physiotherapy services.
