We are seeking passionate AV Technicians to join our Entertainment Team, delivering exceptional technical and stage support to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Whether it be supporting in Haven's industry-leading theatrical productions or bringing-to-life innovative events and experiences. Haven provides a professional collaborative platform for individuals to excel within the industry. Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality technical operation; visual, lighting and sound.
- Providing technical support for all daytime & evening events/productions.
- Maintaining all technical equipment throughout the season.
- Liaising with support team/national suppliers to rectify technical challenges.
- Meeting with visiting acts to support with sound-check and set-up.
- DJing within entertainment breaks and making announcements.
- Interacting and engaging with Haven’s guests & owners.
- Only when necessary, supporting front-of-house as a cast member.
Requirements
Whilst we will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do
- Candidates will have a passion for all things technical and be keen to gain further experience.
- Whilst previous experience is preferred, training will be provided.
- Our cast members are required to work 6 days per week - Hours will include evenings and weekends.
Working hours are approximately 39 hours per week.
*Successful candidates will be required to provide ‘right to work’ documents to confirm they are 18+ and can legally work in the UK.
Additionally, successful candidates will be required to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
