Responsibilities
* Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
* Youll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high:quality legal services, and driving business growth.
* Lead and supervise a high:performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and re:mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
* Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm's regional reputation
* Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems
