Salary: Meridian Support Staff Pay Scale Grade 6 point 7 to 12
Actual Annual Salary - £15,321 to £16,595 (FTE £26,403 to £28,598)
Hours of Work: 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am-2pm
Term time plus 5 dedicated staff training days (39 weeks)
Position Overview
We are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic SEND Administrator to join our growing school. The school opened in September 2023 and welcomes a supportive team to help the SEND department operate smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Co‑ordinate with the SEND team and ensure interventions are logged and tracked.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date SEND paperwork.
* Make timely and effective referrals.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Uncompromising commitment to student achievement and a belief that all young people can experience success.
* Previous experience with Bromcom and/or Evolve (advantage, not essential).

Location: Weldon Village Academy is situated on the outskirts of the village of Weldon, approximately 2.5 miles from Corby town centre.
