I am working with a large franchised client who has an exciting and rewarding opportunity as an Aftersales Manager for their site which is located in Glasgow.
What is needed as an Aftersales Manager:
10. Have experience working in a franchise dealership leading a team at supervisor level.
11. Experienced and able to guide and help your team with guidance, training and appraisals to get them to the levels they are able to.
12. Can help your team to reach the KPI’s and targets that have been set for departments.
13. Able to identify areas of where improvement in budgets and performance is needed and can be achieved.
14. Can use Microsoft office packages to produce reports when needed.
15. Able to focus and manage the customer service and satisfaction.
