Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing IT support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Manage day-to-day helpdesk and infrastructure operations, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing systems. Drive service delivery improvements through KPIs, customer feedback, and best practice implementation. Oversee infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system migrations. Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate across departments to align IT support with business needs. Skills: Proven experience in IT helpdesk/support management (5 years). Strong technical background in infrastructure, networks, and desktop support. Inspirational leadership and mentoring skills.
