We are looking for a talented and passionate In Room Dining Coordinator to join the In Room Dining department at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe hotel - The Connaught.
With its bespoke service, 3,000-piece art collection, three Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and London’s only Aman Spa, it has always been the choice for connoisseurs of the art of living well. As In Room Dining Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the In Room Dining and Butler department to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the daily operation. You are responsible for managing telephone calls, dispatching orders from guests and following up communication to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. You will also have a great knowledge of the hotel amenities and food and beverage menus.
You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well to maximise efficiency without compromising on standards. Financial Stability
