This role has arisen due to the business going through a period of growth. Oversee the end-to-end processing of bi-monthly, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly payroll for over 100 individuals, incorporating elements such as salary sacrifice arrangements, banked hours, and pension contributions, all delivered within strict deadlines. Process staff mileage and expense reimbursements, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained before payment. Serve as the primary point of contact for complex payroll queries from both internal stakeholders and external bodies, including HMRC and pension providers. Track and review attendance data for office-based staff, identifying and reporting any discrepancies in hours worked or punctuality to relevant line managers.
