Looking for a long‑term opportunity in a fast‑paced industrial environment? We're recruiting a Waterjetter to join a busy and growing team. This position offers a Temp to Perm route after 12 weeks.

✅ Role Overview
As a Waterjetter, you'll support a fast‑paced production environment, ensuring materials are safely and accurately processed using high‑pressure waterjet systems.

✅ Key Duties
* Operating high‑pressure waterjet equipment to clean, cut, or prepare materials
* Setting up machinery and ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use
* Performing basic maintenance checks and reporting issues
* Loading/unloading materials and supporting the wider production flow
* Using a counterbalance forklift (licence preferred)
* Maintaining quality standards and following precise work instructions
* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
* Working effectively as part of a busy, supportive team
* Following all health & safety procedures

✅ Skills & Experience
* Experience in waterjetting or industrial work is useful but NOT essential
* Full training provided
* Counterbalance licence preferred
* Must be reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting
* Able to work rotational shifts
