Hays Education is working in partnership with a weing and inclusive primary school in the Bloxwich area to recruit a Year 4 Teacher to cover a full time maternity leave from October 2026 to October 2027.

The Role:
1. Deliver engaging, well structured lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
2. Adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged
3. Use assessment effectively to inform planning and monitor pupil progress
4. Create and maintain a positive, well organised classroom environment that promotes respect and positive behaviour.
5. Work collaboratively with phase partners, support staff, and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning
6. Participate in open days and school events as required
7. Uphold and actively promote the school’s strong values led ethos on a daily basis
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
9. Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2
10. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
11. Amitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners
12. The ability to contribute positively to a values driven schoolmunity
