PURCHASING COORDINATOR GREENFORD SALARY UP TO £35,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Our client is looking for a candidate from a construction/plant hire background, ideally with Insphire knowledge. Job Description The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the company’s purchasing process. This includes working with procurement personnel to ensure that all purchasing orders are processed and executed in a timely manner, as well as meeting the company’s quality and cost objectives. Role & Responsibilities * Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock. * Working alongside store person, to ensure stock levels are maintained. * Raising purchase orders for goods/services, for all depots & Recording accurate ETA for all deliveries. * Maintaining supplier price lists on system. * Saving parts delivery notes on shared drive. * Goods receiving items on system. * Logging all discrepancies, amounts delivered etc. to assist with supplier negotiations. * Verification of invoices for all orders placed, to ensure correct pricing. * Resolving supplier and customer queries relating to stock purchases. * Liaising with carriers, regarding all import/export shipments, providing correct documentation, booking containers, keeping track of all shipments on the water. * Raising commercial invoices for all exports. * Knowledge of Insphire Software w...
