About the Role: As a Complex Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised education to students with complex learning needs, including autism and challenging behaviours. You will be instrumental in shaping a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes growth, engagement, and success for each young person. Your Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and assess lessons tailored to individual student needs. Develop and implement EHCPs and Behaviour Support Plans.
