We are now seeking creative and enthusiastic well-being & activities coordinators to plan and deliver a wide range of activities that enhance the well-being and quality of life for our Residents. Job Opportunity
Your Role Will Include:
· Organising and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents; interests, hobbies and abilities.
· Encouraging participation in music, dance, arts, crafts, games and social events
· Planning activities, outings, themed days and community involvements
· Building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment
· Ensuring activities promote both physical and emotional well-being
Essential Skills
What We Are Looking For:
· Outgoing, enthusiastic personality – someone who loves to bring energy and fun to a room.
· Creative and adaptable – Whether it’s singing, dancing, storytelling, or organising special events
· Strong communication and motivational skills
· Team player but also confident working independently
· Organised and proactive – able to plan, deliver and adapt activities effectively
· Confident IT skills — able to design newsletters, posters, and timetables, and use technology to showcase activities.
· Previous experience in care, well-being, events, or entertainment is a plus, but not essential – we value passion and creativity above all!
