Salary and Allowances
Full‑time salary: £36,363 – £39,152. Includes allowance for weekend working, 12.5% shift allowance and sleep‑in payments as determined by home worked in. Allowances will be paid as appropriate and reviewed periodically.
Hours
Average of 37 hours per week. Work on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Sleep‑in when rostered.
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and committed workers who have the resilience to work with complex situations, be flexible and support a group of staff managing complex behaviours. You will work on a rota to support the manager in running the home to get the best possible outcomes for our children.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the manager in running the home
* Provide care and support to children and young people in group homes
* Assist with complex behaviours management
