This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with at least one years probate experience who is possibly looking for the second role in their career. Youll have a nurturing environment where youll have excellent contact with senior members of the team and good exposure to both legal details and clients, as well as a great mentorship structure.
The company is well located in West London, close to new developments, solid public transport links from South & South West London and plenty of high street shops, pubs, restaurants. The team is professional but very welcoming.
As the Probate Paralegal, you will:
* Provide expert advice on probate procedures and applications for clients and other members of the team alike.
* Complete and submit probate and registry applications on behalf of the companys clients.
* Work closely with external solicitors on complex trust, estate or will issues.
* Meet with clients in-person and on the phone to provide advice on the probate process.
As the Probate Paralegal, you should have:
* At least 1 years of probate experience preferred.
* A relevant legal degree, CILEX and / or Step Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
* An empathetic approach to your probate work.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £40, plus benefits including a private pension scheme and the opportunity to further personal and professional development. This role is 9 : 00am - 5 : 15pm, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office role with the potential of Hybrid.
