Are you a junior engineer with a passion for automation, controls, and real-world problem solving? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the development and programming of PLC control systems using platforms such as Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and Siemens TIA Portal
* Assisting in the testing, integration, and commissioning of automation systems across multidisciplinary projects
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user-friendly guides
* Collaborating with software, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth system delivery
* Contributing to remote and occasional on-site commissioning and support activities
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
* Some exposure to PLC programming (academic, early-career experience, or internships)
* Familiarity with structured text, ladder logic, or industrial control systems
* Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a collaborative, hands-on engineering environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project delivery
Desirable (But Not Essential):
* Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
* Project work related to industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing systems
* Interest in sustainability, clean tech, or mission-led engineering
