Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are now looking to recruit an Account Manager on a permanent basis.
The Job youll do
1. Drive new business and drive respective profitable product developments, projects or services programs based on customer and market requirements.
2. Spots, drives and creates profitable and strategic opportunities for new business development and service portfolio solutions.
3. Initiates customer contacts for new opportunities.
4. Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage, as part of the sales team.
5. Supports the business case for initial formal RFQ with Project Manager
6. Ensures technically proper and customer-oriented fulfilment of agreements and orders.
7. Develops contractual documents with support of Sales Leader.
8. Monitors key account operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Point of contact to OEM in commercial matters.
