* Title:Data Analyst - HR * Location: Reading, UK With Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) * Pay Rate: Depends on Experience * Type & Duration: Contract (6 months -possibility of extension) Job Description: Role Overview: We are seeking HR-focused Data Analysts (not typical digital/data analysts) to manage and analyze HR data, processes, and systems, delivering insights to support HR operations and business decisions. Candidates will maintain data quality, support HRIS functionality, and help improve HR processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Extract, analyze, and report HR data, providing insights for decision-making. 2. Support HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar), including testing and maintenance. 3. Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to communicate trends and insights. 4. Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
