What You’ll Be Doing * Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept through to completion across NPI and strategic initiatives. * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and metrics to track delivery, cost, and quality. * Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, establishing clear roles and responsibilities. * Manage risk, change control processes, and project governance effectively. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business and external partners to ensure alignment. * Use established project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Prince2). * Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving project processes. What You’ll Bring * A degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or a related field. * Proven experience managing projects in a technical, manufacturing, or product development setting. * Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or similar tools. * Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. * Commercially aware, resilient under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Confident working autonomously with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
