Senior Capital Allowances Consultant
Join Leyton as a Senior Capital Allowances Consultant to support the development of our Capital Allowances service line and work directly with an ever‑growing client portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Prepare capital allowances reports on the purchase and development of commercial properties.
* Advise clients on contractual clauses for sale and purchase agreements or analyse cost information for new developments or refurbishments.
* Survey properties across diverse sectors such as hotels, offices, hospitality, industrial and leisure.
* Carry out due diligence for property purchases.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reports, and provide advisory support to a rapidly growing client portfolio.
We are looking for ambitious individuals who thrive under pressure, think analytically, communicate confidently, and can influence & collaborate with others.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of Capital Allowances experience, ideally from practice, consultancy, or boutique.
* Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Accounting, Tax or Finance.
* Desire to deliver best‑in‑class client service and communicate with conviction at the highest levels of an organisation.
