Essential Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience conducting topographical surveys and creating topographical survey drawings using AutoCAD software.Desirable Skills:
Experience in conducting monitoring surveys.
Experience in carrying out setting out works.
Familiarity with LSS (Land Surveying Software).Measured Building Surveying:

Minimum of two years' experience in conducting Measured Building surveys and producing accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD software.Desirable Skills:
Experience working with point clouds.General Expectations:
Proficient in the use of Total Stations.
Computer literate with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
Adaptability and willingness to undertake tasks within competence.
Ability to prepare safety critical paperwork and adhere to modern health and safety standards.
Willingness to mentor and train less experienced team members.
Possession of a full UK driving license.Additional Information:
Willingness to work in any position within the survey team to achieve project objectives.
Reporting to the Survey Manager/Senior Surveyor.
Work may include travel throughout the UK and occasional overseas assignments.
Proof of right to work in the UK will be required for interview.
