Linear are working alongside a Tier 1 Main contractor looking to hire a Bid Coordinator in Leeds \n\nThe Bid Coordinator is \n\nMain Role Responsibilities\n\nEvidence collation including CV information database, PIG sheets (project information gathering) and Project Datasheets\n\t\nCompletion of generic PQQ / EOI questions, plus coordination of project/ evidence specific responses with subject specialists\n\t\nSite visits for evidence gathering and collation of PIG sheets for all regional projects\n\t\nCoordination of all preconstruction documents i.e. Tender / EOIs / SQs etc on Sharepoint / Viewpoint\n\t\nClient Portal management\n\t\nProject and Regional photography\n\t\nLiaison with Marketing \n\t\nAssist Bid Manager with pre-tender documents such as capability statements / presentation handouts etc\n\t\nEnsuring of Data Protection compliance in line with legislation\n\t\nMeticulous record keeping of all relevant paperwork, using the operating framework as required\n\t\nStorage of all documentation in SharePoint in accordance with the company’s information management policy and guidelines\n\t\nAny other reasonable duties to suit your abilities as directed by management.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\n\nWhat you can do:\n\nWill be fully conversant with the competitive marketplace\n\t\nComputer literate with the ability to use Microsoft and Adobe packages i.e. Word, Excel, Acrobat and Teams\n\t\nAbility to multitask, with good time management and coordination skills\n\t\nGood attention for detail\n\nWho you are:\n\nProactive and good interpersonal skills\n\t\nA good communicator and team player\n\t\nReliable and have good attendance levels.\n\nWhat you need:\n\nExperience working in the construction sector in a work winning position for a minimum of three years\n\t\nUnderstanding of work winning / marketing\n\t\nExperience in bid writing and bid visualisation.\n\nFor more information - please click apply by attaching CV
