Group Hospitality Manager – Care Homes

We’re recruiting for a Group Hospitality Manager to lead catering, dining, and housekeeping services across a small group of well-regarded care homes in North London.
This is a new role with real scope to make an impact, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality or hotel services, and who has a passion for high standards and resident-centred care.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee catering, dining and domestic services across threecare homes
* Inspireand support your teamto deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain very high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and presentation
* Work closely with care teams to support residents’ individual needs
* Monitor budgets and ensure services are cost-effective
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Handle feedback and support continuous improvement
About you:
* Hospitality, hotel services or healthcare experience
* Multi-site or group management experience (ideal, not essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety and compliance
* A genuine interest in creating great experiences for older people
