Job Function Supporting the Design team and liaising with the Graphics / Features team, you will work on providing 3D designs for Exhibition organisers feature area as well as a mix of marketing collateral for events and exhibitions whilst adhering to brand guidelines and tight deadlines Who we are GES is a global, full service face-to-face live events marketing partner. What will you do? You Will Provide 3D designs, sketch and technical drawings from a brief, suppling them in as individual drawing as well as part of a presentation pack Ensure all deadlines are met for 3D designs, design concepts and sign off process. Ensure all schedules are kept up to date and accessible on server. Keep strong communication with Graphics / Features PM’s and production department, to keep updated with deadline/schedule changes. Make sure all design hours are allocated to correct projects and job numbers. Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager. Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company. Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
