Requirements: A corporate paralegal with upwards of 1 years' hands on paralegal experience, who can demonstrate a strong track record of academic and professional achievement. Completion of the LLB/ LPC. Leeds based/ within commuting distance to. An interest in working for world leading companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising some of the worlds largest companies on their employee share plans, while managing global legal and compliance requirements in over 150 countries. You will work closely with a number of experienced Solicitors to: Research legal, tax and regulatory issues related to share schemes. Draft and proofread documents like plan rules and grant agreements. Coordinate with clients and international counsel to gather information. Track changes in global regulations and maintain internal resources. Contribute to client training materials and knowledge developments. Working on complex international matters from day one.
