Specialize in offering mortgages, insurances, secured loans, and bridging finance, all in-house. As a company, they have experienced substantial growth over the years, and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced secured loan Advisor to join a dynamic re-mortgage team!.
What we are looking for
As a secured loan Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering the highest standards of professional advice. We are looking for individuals who are already experienced in selling secured loans who have CeMAP 1-3 or equivalent.
About the role
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting full and thorough fact-finding sessions over the telephone to identify client needs. You will then leverage your expertise to recommend bespoke mortgage solutions that meet customer needs in a compliant manner.
Day to day
* Conduct thorough fact-finding sessions over the telephone to understand client needs.
* Provide professional advice on mortgage solutions based on client requirements.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all interactions.
* Work closely with the remortgage team to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively convey information.
* Collaborate with the administrative and compliance teams to streamline processes.
* Take advantage of provided leads and contribute to lead generation efforts.
* Continuously update knowledge of mortgage products and industry trends
