An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to support a busy invoicing and office management function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective task coordination, and high standards of administration within a fast-paced office environment.

SALARY: £15.00 to £17.50 per Hour (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Milnrow, Rochdale, Greater Manchester, North West (100% Office Based)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

DUTIES

Your Duties As The Senior Administrator Include

Office Coordination: Organising daily office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Task Management: Tracking, prioritising, and monitoring tasks using Excel spreadsheets
Invoicing Support: Assisting with invoicing processes and office management duties
Problem Solving: Identifying issues and taking proactive steps to resolve them
Deadline Management: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time under pressure
Process Awareness: Maintaining a strong understanding of office procedures and workflows

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a fast-paced administration or office support environment
Proven experience of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
Experience working with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels
Experience working both independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative effectively
