Requirements
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
* Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
* Experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
* Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
* Openness and strong relationship-building skills
* Creativity and independence
* Excellent organisation skills
* Willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions
Responsibilities
* Acquiring new clients - long-term users of our product
* Conducting online presentations for potential clients
* Educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users
* Reporting and analysing progress
* Constant optimisation and improvement of the customer success process
* Market analysis - trends, competition, consumer needs
* Working with a CRM system to manage sales (Pipedrive)
