*This role is being advertised as Multi Trade Operative but internally your job title will be Multi Trade Technician.

Were looking to bring on boardMulti Trade Techniciansspecialising inPlumbingorCarpentry, who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment. Your main base will be Portsmouth, with duties extending across Hampshire and West Sussex. A company van will be provided.
You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You'll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices.
What you'll have
* A proven track record of working in a Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry.
* Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance & repairs.
* A thorough understanding and commitment to ensure that all relevant health and safety statutory obligations and methods of good practice are effectively incorporated within all operations.
* You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (i.e., CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT). You must also have a minimum of two years driving experience. We will undertake driving licence checks on the successful candidate as part of our standard pre-employment checks process.
