The Role
We are looking for our nextBranch Commercial Managerto lead one of our elegantly designed boutiques, located in the heart of the town.
Your mission is to drive sales growth and strengthen GoldUnions presence in the local market. You will manage the branch with a high level of autonomy, delivering a premium customer experience while confidently handling high-value transactions.
We will rely on your strong commercial mindset and interpersonal skills, and provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support.
No prior experience in precious metals is required; full paid training will be provided.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing your branch autonomously as the local face of GoldUnion, leading daily operations with a strong sales-first mindset.
* Assess and purchase precious metals such as gold, jewellery, and coins.
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering a high-end, trusted service while ensuring smooth branch operations and excellent presentation through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ensuring full compliance with AML, KYC, security procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.
* Maintainingexcellent presentation and visibilitywithin the branch
* Driving local growth by increasing sales through a defined marketing strategy.
What Were Looking For

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A natural ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
* Comfortable working independently in a single-person branch
* High level of professionalism when handling valuable items and transactions
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail
* Experience in retail, financial services/trading environments, sales, customer-facing leadership, or branch management is an advantage, though not essential if you have the right mindset and skill set.

Additional Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (occasional home visits required)
* Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday (9:30am6:00pm with 1-hour lunch break)
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
