As the Systems Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, development, and integration of our Planning systems.
You will support and enable our operational colleagues in their daily activities and system usage, ensuring best practices and standardized workflows are followed.
The role includes line management responsibilities for a small team of Planning & System Support. You will also build and maintain effective relationships with system suppliers and internal tech teams.
This will ensure operations align with wider business practices and guidelines, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance system effectiveness and value.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
* Help shape the implementation of our systems, creating workflows that add value to the business.
* Support our customers within Residential, Credit & SME Operations across sites in Nottingham, Bolton, and Leicester, with hybrid working based on business needs.
* Lead and manage a small team of system administrators.
* Ensure system utilization supports our culture and target operating model.
* Lead setup, configuration, and implementation of NICE WFM / Anaplan.
* Support the rollout of NICE WFM / Anaplan across all customer sites.
* Collaborate with tech teams and suppliers to ensure effective interfaces.
* Develop and maintain WFM configurations and ways of working to maximize system value.
* Create documentation and best practices for system interactions.
* Provide hands-on support to users, establishing support desk practices for timely issue resolution.
* Act as a subject matter expert in WFM tools, promoting their effective use with Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
* Work with the wider Operational Planning & Performance Team to foster a high-performance culture.
* Own personal development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Are we the perfect match?
* Knowledge of NICE WFM and experience in system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
* Knowledge of Anaplan capabilities and relevant experience.
* Experience in planning cycles within multisite, multi-channel customer service environments.
* Experience in resource planning in contact centers or similar settings.
* Strong analytical skills using Microsoft/Google applications.
* Excellent communication and influence skills.
