Care Plus Group Primary Care practicesprovides the first point of contact for registered patients accessing thehealth care service. The service will work collaboratively with patients toassist them in managing and preventing illnesses and coordinating access tospecialised care.
The Care Plus Group Primary Carepractices, Open Door and Quayside, provide services for a client group with arange of diverse and sometimes complex needs including substance misuse,homelessness, mental health problems and self-neglect.

Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Based at: Open Door Surgery, Grimsby
The postholder will be the first point ofcontact for visitors and callers to and will be required to deal with enquiriesefficiently and courteously and to the mutual satisfaction of the partners,service users and patients.
Thepostholder will provide professional and quality administrative support andreception service to patients, doctors, other health professionals and allvisitors. Works under generalsupervision and within well established procedures.
Ensurethat all patients and visitors either in person or via the telephone aregreeted professionally and politely
To be thefirst point of contact for staff/visitors/Service Users; welcome and direct tothe appropriate area/person.
Answerall incoming calls from patients and other health care professionals, divertthem appropriately. and liaise with clinicians
Make/canceland re-arrange appointment via the system
