Your Role (What you'll be doing) As a key member of our Bridgend technical team, you will:
* Mechanical Repairs: Handle engine work, servicing, and general mechanical maintenance.
* Fault Finding: Lead on diagnostics, tuning, and remapping using specialist on-site tools.
* MOT Support: Manage MOT failure diagnosis and rectifications.
* Digital Workflow: Use tablet-based systems to update jobs and upload photos.
* Communication: Maintain our high trust rating by explaining technical faults to our loyal customers.
What You Need
* Qualifications: Level 2 Motor Vehicle qualification required (Level 3 preferred).
* Experience: Time-served as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a professional workshop.
* Certification: An MOT Tester license is strongly preferred.
* Tech Savvy: Confident using diagnostic software and digital job cards.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
