Job Purpose
Working within the sales department, this role will take full ownership of allocating HR and H&S support across sales opportunities through various channels, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Provide first-class telephone service to clients, assessing and addressing their needs according to call handling standards.
Job Overview
As part of our workforce planning and sales team, you will become integral to sales operations, collaborating with internal and external sales teams. The ideal candidate will be positive, possess excellent communication skills, and build strong rapport with customers. The role has an analytical focus, requiring attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to foster relationships across departments.
Responsibilities
* Manage the allocation of HR & H&S support to each sales appointment.
* Monitor incoming appointments and cancellations, ensuring prompt and accurate allocation.
* Maintain accurate records of appointments via CRM systems like Salesforce, including staff movements and sales figures.
* Identify statistics to support team growth, such as sales channels and conversion rates.
* Ensure appropriate timing for appointments and that support teams attend meetings as scheduled.
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers to optimize resource utilization for business growth.
* Build strong communication channels within sales departments for resource allocation.
* Work with Campaign Managers and Telemarketing Directors to identify departmental improvements.
* Analyze data regularly in collaboration with the team manager.
* Handle inbound inquiries about Peninsula services, assessing calls, and directing them appropriately.
* Utilize Salesforce and other in-house systems effectively.
* Operate within SLAs for call handling times and quality standards.
* Provide excellent customer service on every call.
