The role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll work at the forefront of growing our Consultancy business, supporting future revenue growth and increasing our market share across key sectors.
Day-to-day, you'll support the expansion of the Consultancy business and act as a key link between Cavendish Nuclear and our clients.
* Develop and maintain account plans and relationships with key clients
* Support Lead Consultants in identifying and delivering growth opportunities
* Drive a consultative selling approach - identifying client needs and delivering solutions
* Lead and contribute to the preparation of capture plans and Gate Packs (Gate 0-3)
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline status and opportunity development
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and offers hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the Leicester or Bristol office.
Essential experience of the Business Development Manager
* Strong experience in a client-facing environment
* Experience of nuclear safety-related projects (e.g. Safety Case, Human Factors)
* Ability to technically advise on safe working practices
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
