The Role:
I'm seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You'll be dealing with:
* Sales & Purchases
* Freehold & Leasehold
* Transfers of Equity
* New Build transactions
What We're Looking For:
* At least 3 years of experience managing your own residential caseload
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* A proactive, forward-thinking approach
