Engineering Qualification Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory. Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader. Leadership or Supervisor Experience Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience. Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Desirable for the Engineering Shift Team Leader. Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer/Engineering Shift Team Leader/Engineering Supervisor in the UK.
