* Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management (automotive sales experience is a plus)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
* Confident in analysing sales data and preparing reports
* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality service
* Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when needed
