Accounts Assistant
We are a family run franchise that is looking to recruit a finance assistant to join our friendly accounts department. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop within the role with full training provided.
As part of the role you will be required to assist the accounts team with a wide range of tasks including;
1. Preparing Monthly management accounts i.e. analysis of restaurant p and L data.
2. Purchase ledger
3. Communicating with suppliers and stores regarding queries
4. Cash reconciliation i.e. income and bank.
5. Month end process using Sage 50
6. Data Analysis
Attributes for the role:
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
8. Open minded and willing to learn
9. Demonstrates a consistent ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within established deadlines
10. Strong organisational skills
11. Strong communication skills
12. Desirable but not essential; an understanding of account systems.
