A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Buyer to manage materials and plant procurement for a portfolio of rail projects, you will:
* Support a Procurement Manager in delivering various infrastructure project procurement strategies.
* Manage the day to day project procurement of materials and plant.
* Negotiate with suppliers for materials not covered by frameworks.
* Work with project teams to deliver procurement requirements.
* Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategies.
