We are looking to recruit a passionate Wedding Co-ordinator to join our front of house family at an award-winning venue based in the outskirts of Taunton. Crowcombe Court is an industry leading wedding venue set withing a stunning Georgian manor house nestled withing the Quantock hills with breath taking, panoramic views over the area of outstanding beauty. This is a new and exciting period for Crowcombe Court emerging from the pandemic stronger, with clear progression of growth throughout the business. As a Wedding Co-ordinator at Crowcombe Court you will be responsible for:
* Build rapport with our booked couples to develop a trusting relationship for us support them best through their journey to the happiest day of their lives
* Plan and conduct meetings with allocated couples, going through all finer details and timings to help ensure smooth delivery of each and every wedding
* Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and face-to-face providing a personalised service for each booked couple
* Clear and consise communication with all departments to ensure the whole team operate simultaneously
* As first point of contact for the booked couple, you will manage and co-ordinate all front of house team leading up to and on their wedding day
The ideal candidate will be personable, presentable and posses outstanding customer service skills.
Time management, organisation and the ability to prioritise is essential to the role.
You must IT literate, and confident with using Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous Events Management will be desirable but full training will be given. In return, we will offer a competitive wage, flexible 40 hour week, and free parking. There are also opportunities to progress from within.
