An innovative organisation in the professional services space is looking for a Graduate Finance Analyst. This role sits within a well‑established UK business that forms part of a large international group, offering a genuine commitment to developing early‑career talent through hands‑on exposure and structured growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the preparation of management accounts and assisting with month‑end processes.
* Assisting with journals, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Producing financial reports for internal stakeholders and assisting with data during a major SAP implementation.
* Supporting transactional finance operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Collaborating with various finance team members to gain exposure across FP&A and management accounting.
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
* An ambitious and curious individual with a strong desire to build a long‑term career in finance.
* Strong numerical skills and comfort working with complex data sets.
* An organised and reliable professional who is legally authorised to work in the UK.
* A commitment to studying towards a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
