About The Role
As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will serve as a role model, demonstrating kindness and compassion in our Memory Care, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role involves ensuring residents' care plans are delivered with respect for their independence and choice. Whether assisting with delegated nursing tasks, reporting incidents, or supporting residents with dementia, resident wellbeing remains your priority.
About You

We have created a Trainee Nursing Assistant program to upskill you, enabling you to undertake clinical tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under supervision. Successful completion of the program will lead to a salary increase.
Qualifications include:
- Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of person-led care planning and relevant legislation
Safeguarding training is mandatory, and staff must be able to recognize and report signs of abuse or neglect.
