Overview
A Recruitment Payroll Administrator & Resourcer is required for a fast paced & busy employment agency. (Ourselves)
Working hours
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00. Part-time option: Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Main duties
* The processing and calculations of a large weekly payroll
* Database Management
* Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
* Sage Payroll 50
* DBS Checks, cloud-based scanning, full administration duties, interviewing candidates, social media management and responses, telephone-based interviews and in-office interviews, audits & visa checks

No two days are the same. This is a position that will teach you knowledge and skills that will remain with you for your lifetime.
Salary
Salary package is dependant on the individual, and the level of previous experience on Sage Payroll.

If you have payroll or administration experience in any of the following industries; this would be a distinct advantage but not essential:

Requirements
This is a very busy position, full-time office-based, and good teamwork skills are essential. You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in previous employment.
