As an Assistant Manager, you will be essential in resolving issues, innovating store operations, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences. Partnering with your manager, you'll have opportunities to grow within the company and develop your retail management skills. Your role supports the Store Manager in managing store operations, driving sales, and developing a cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values and foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
* Assist in driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring policy compliance.
* Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and community partners.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives.
* Manage stock and execute visual merchandising to meet KPIs.
* Educate and train your team on products and customer service.
* Support a supportive, productive, and inclusive team environment.
* Assist in store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining store presentation.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work varied hours.
* Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
